GIC : Those who applied on first week of July.

I applied on July 6th. Sent a reminder on 13th July and then another one on 19th July. Haven't heard a beep from Scotiabank. Am freaking out. Last date for wire transfer is 26th July and last date for Visa is August 1st. Am hoping the Scotiabank is well aware of these deadlines. I'm checking my mails frantically and hoping I should get it by tomorrow.

I have no clue what to do. I have an Education Loan approved with money in my account but I can do nothing till I get the Scotiabank a/c details, Thanks to the SPP rules.

Seneca is good reputed college , but the fees for PG certificate programs I thought was much costly.

I thought it was more or less the same for any college in Canada. I'm going nuts waiting for this GIC a/c details. Its just 2 more days to 26th. Its around 11:30 AM in Toronto now. I dunno when these guys are gonna get back with the a/c details.

sneha ...dont worry !! You will receive details soon...also according to scotia bank wire transfer deadline has been increased from 26 july to 31 july...So dont worry.. ... i am going to sheridan for mechanical engineering technician program..

Good news !! Please do carry your college LOA , GIC and SPP related documents for wire-transfer bank might ask it.
