I got a problem while opening my account in scotia bank. Today i applied for scotia bank they opened a duplicate account and my agent said you already have account in this bank. But i did not apply for the bank and agent said may be you went to another agent for visa counselling and they scanned your passport and they opened a account.
So do you guys know what to do now?
I called the bank but voice is not clear.
