Getting married to an inmigrant with working permit

My girlfriend has working permit and lives in Canada, we both are from Nicaragua and we will get married next year, after we get married what should I do to go to Canada? Is she allowed to sponsor me as spouse?

She can only Sponsor you if she is PR Holder or Citizen...
She Cannot Sponsor you on a working Permit ...

The only way that she can sponsor you is if she is a PR or Citizen.
