GenericApplication - Dependants -> when sponsored by spouse?

Hi,
I am sponsoring my spouse and she's filling in the "GenericApplication" which has "Dependents Section"

Instructions say add all family members including spouse, but that becomes circular!!
Do I "sponsor" need to be listed as "dependent" on my sponsored spouses form?
