Generic Form : Express Entry application

Hi,
We are applying for PR under Express entry program.
We have been asked to fill the generic form post pregnancy to add our new born details. The two forms are

Generic Application form for Canada IMM 0008;
Additional Family Information form IMM 5406.

For application form IMM 0008 :

1. Program under which you are applying
2. Category under which you are applying
3. UCI ?

Additional Family Information form IMM 5406.
" The principal applicant, their spouse or common-law partner and all dependent children 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy of this form"
- Do we need to fill two copies, one by me and other by my spouse

Yes we filled two copies, one by me and other by my spouse

I seem to be in a similar situation, 2 questions?
1) Since you had applied under Express entry, in the form IMM 0008, did you choose Program: Economy & Category: Skilled Worker? If not, what were the values?
2) Did you fill IMM 5406 for your newborn as well additionally or was it only for you and your spouse?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
