Generic Application Form- IMM 0008 (03-2014)

Hi,
Upon complete filling and validation of the Generic Application Form, 10 nos of bar codes are appeared and below each it is mentioned IMM 0008_11_2013_1 to 10
Is this 2013 appeared is ok or shall it be 2014 instead
Please share your experience
