GCMS - TFR eligibility

Hi guys,

I received my GCMS notes, and I'm trying to decipher the codes in it..

The last thing documented is that my application was transferred from central office to CPC ottawa, and reason mentioned was "TFR eligibility".

What on earth does that mean????

What on earth does that mean????

The means that your file has been transferred to Ottawa for eligibility check.

The means that your file has been transferred to Ottawa for eligibility check.

It doesn't make sense, it says eligibility passed, and criminality in progress, security not started.

I wonder what tFR stands for?

When I did a google for TRF CIC it mentions IELTS Test Report
form. And another google GCMS + TRF indicates transfer for eligibility.
