I also have Eligibility Assesment on GCMS for both residence and prohibitions assigned to RC-8090 with a due date on 2023/03/16 both say Status Not Started i haven't seen and tracker change since May 2022. 11 months. Does the due date really mean anything?

Same here rc-8090 for LPP.
Applied from Montreal feb 2022. Test was done by Montreal and in the notes someone accessed my file in jan 2023 from Montreal.

I don't think the due dates mean much tho everything was aligning up until test. No other movement since dec 2022.

My partner already has the passport and applied at the same time.

I also had test and FP done outside Canada. Could be a cause for delay. Have you been self employed, unemployed or any period of low income? That’s apparently a red flag for physical presence and may apply to me.

I think it is because of that. However, the agent has repeatedly confirmed that my application is a routine one. I have never been unemployed during my time in Canada or had a period of low income. I was fortunate to get a job from the month I landed.

Phone agents can't comment on routine/non routine. Hopefully we will get an update soon.
