after complaining to Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada , got my GCMS notes

I have filed a complaint 10 days ago. I got an email stating that it case officer will be allocated to have a look and no commu ication after that.
how much time did they take to assign a person to have a look after the complaint?!
how many days it took to resolve?
i have sent couple of requests for GCMs notes one on june 11 and other on july 10th no updates yet! Thanks

I applied for GCM notes more than 3 months ago, no reply applied again 3 weeks ago. Still waiting.

The first one I requested in June came in 31 days.
The second one I requested on Sept 28 still hasn't arrived, it's been over 7 weeks.
I just sent another one, plus some ATIP requests to CBSA and CSIS, in case there is anything enlightening there.
