Okay, so i have a few questions regarding GCMS notes.

I got a remedical request and it was received and passed at the end of december. I just got my GCMS notes today and they were generated on Jan 13, 2017. My eligibility is now in progress, which it was not before they received my new medical. But i noticed it says Review Required. does this mean there will be an interview even though i did another medical and they passed it?

thanks.

Hello guyz,,

How much processing times for gcms notes??

Thanks

Hello everyone,

Can anyone tell me how long does it take to get PPR after remed and RPRF?

I went through the link, its pretty helpful, thank you, i feel better that "blank" next to Security is common.

On a side note, PCC were submitted December 2015 and in September 2016 "Criminality: Passed" was updated. isnt kinda long period to verify PCC's?

Are you inland or outland? How long since you submitted your application? I would not worry even though it took long. The important thing is now it indicates "Passed".

Im not a sponsorship applicant, i was deported after a failed refugee claim and after that applied for H&C consideration april 2015 and in june 2015 i was deported and then in oct 2015 my application was approved.
You are right after all, at least it indicates now that its passed.

Just shows us that persistence is important. Please keep us updated on your application. All the best.

When requesting GCSM notes should I choose privacy act or access to information? I am the sponsor.

If the PA is outside Canada you must use the Access to Information Act. If PA is in Canada you can request under either Access to Information Act and pay fee or the Privacy Act for free.

Use the Access to Information Act and pay fee. Make sure your spouse signs the consent form.

hello everyone,

I have one confusion. I was requested to pay my RPRF . in the letter they stated that-

"Send all the documents from the list below to this office in one envelope:

þ Your sponsor in Canada must contact Citizenship and Immigration Canada's Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Mississauga, Ontario to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF):
STEP 1: Pay Online: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp
STEP 2: Submit Proof of Payment to CPC Mississauga:
Online: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/relatives-apply-after.asp
By Fax: 905-803-7392
By Mail: CPC Mississauga, 2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 1200, Mississauga ON L4Z 1H8
NOTE: If proof of payment has not been sent to CPC Mississauga, our office cannot confirm the payment to continue processing your application."

my confusion is that my wife( my sponsor) was with me so my mother in law paid my RPRF from Canada and i send the receipt online through the link they given ( my wife) was visiting me that time. Any reply is hugely appreciated.

Since you have already paid the fee, resend a copy of receipt as proof of payment with the attached letter requesting it through link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/relatives-apply-after.asp

Hi Everyone! I just received my notes and I can see S.15(1) in the left corner for security.
But as well next to correspondence section there's S.19(1). Back in October 2016 they requested several documents from us, does it mean that they have received all what was needed. Any idea what this mean?
