on my GCMS note , my file location is in FCU-CA room .

This lead officer at CPC-M when he/she creates this eligibility criteria which is above, he/she will quickly review PA's eligibility against your supporting documents, if he/she finds them good then will proceed marking your STATUS on PA's Eligibility which is above. Here is what I find out: when he/she marks NOT STARTED it means she/he did not finds anything alarming but the lead officer at the visa office needs to make sure that there is no concern.

That is the date the visa office will look at your application again.

Yes, most likely, unless between now and then you can send more evidence of bonafide relationship.

when you sponsor someone you sign an undertaking of 3 years ( 36 months ) to take care of him/her financially even if your financial situation deteriorate and you have no job no money you still responsible .

Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed - Expired

My question is, next to security it doesnt state "In progress" or "Not Started". Is it normal to have blank space next to security?

Sometimes they may hid Security Checks even if it is finished according to Subsection 15 (1) for international affaires and defense.

I went through the link, its pretty helpful, thank you, i feel better that "blank" next to Security is common.

On a side note, PCC were submitted December 2015 and in September 2016 "Criminality: Passed" was updated. isnt kinda long period to verify PCC's?
