Can Someone help me to know what does that mean ?

2016-05-27 : Meds in, File passed to officer for CRIM decision.
2016-05-27 : NCIC check NRT, RCMP record check NRT. PCs on file NRT x 2. Crim passed. All requirements met. Application approved.
2016-05-27 : PPT already in file. Meds in. E-mail sent requesting AWB.
2016-06-03 : All in, please FINDEC.

I ordered my notes because we received PPR on May 26 and still waiting for the return of the passport with visa inside.

File sent to Mississauga on March 26, 2015
Approved as sponsor on May 29, 2015
Interview on May 4, 2016 and visa was approved and they keep my husband's passport
Received email on May 16 to redo the medical
Medical done on May 19
Received email on May 26 to sent pictures, confirm address in DR and Canada and send prepaid envelop for the return of the passport
Documents sent on May 30
Reception in Mexico on June 1
On June 3, his address change to mine on e-case and status change to Decision Made.

August 9, we are still waiting... Everything is checked and approved. Do you know what could happen to wait as that long ?

I sent 3 email to Mexico since May 26 and they finally answered last month "We wish to inform you that additional checks are required for the folder. Our office will contact your husband directly if we need additional information" but no detail about what they have to check. I contacted MP's office and he tells me he can do nothing, I have to wait and if we didn't receive the passport on September 12, he will contact CIC.

Hi

NRT means no reportable trace. This means all their criminality checks came back negative.

AWB means Air Wayward Bill. Did you receive an email?

FINDEC refers to final decision. It seems officer made the note that app approved and asked for a senior officer to render the final decision.

As for why it has been so long, sometimes it can take up to 6 weeks for them to return the passport.

It does seem however, judging by the response to your email enquiry, that they have found something else of interest that they are now looking into, and thus the delay.

Got my GCMS it says sponsor eligibility passed
medical passed
Eligibility in progress
Note1 mention my immigration history of PR then
my spouse detail and her family member detail
then gap
Red flag in it?
did they conceal red flags?

I received email on May 26 to sent pictures, confirm address in DR and Canada and send prepaid envelop for the return of the passport. I sent it by FedEx and I put in my envelop, another envelop with prepaid waybill for the return.

When I ordered my notes the first time, before the interview, I found that I was married before and I sponsored my first husband, but I never got married before, and my husband is the only one person I sponsored in my life. Fortunately, I ordered my notes before the interview, my husband would have been unable to explain why I had been married had they asked them and we probably would have refused the visa.

In my notes I received monday, I see no activity after June 11, for "DOCS REQUESTED - PR" and on July 8, MP'S office contact CIC to know what happen and I can see that note in my files "Advised no delays review and for PPT to be return to PA".

Guys i need help
On the new consent form on SECTION C who would sign it? Would it be me Principal applicant or my sponsor who's going to request for the notes

Neither. It's for representative, so if you don't have one, leave it blank.

oh my husband already signed and sent it out
will they be requesting for another consent without the sign?

It's definitely possible.

My wife was confused with that too.

She signed both Section A and the representative part.

Luckily I saw it when she emailed the form and I had her redo it.

Hi Soblue3,

Where do you see these in your notes? as part of security or eligibility? please let me know. I have ordered by notes on July 14th and waiting.

"for example missrepresentation: 0, employment history 0 , languages 0"

Thanks.

Hi,
In my notes those categories are scattered between page 8 and 13. around the security and criminality sections.

I'll just hope they will let it pass
If they won't i'll make another consent then

Hi

I got my GCMS note today. The snapshot that I can take is as below:

ASSESSMENTS:
Eligibility: Recommend Passed
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:
Final:

In the 'Notes 1' section, after all the explanation I see its written as "RECOMMENDATION: Appears to meet A11.2 & R87.1 requirements"

Should I be hopeful?

I got my ITA on 24-03-2016, AOR was 03-05-2016.

You do realize this is the family sponsorship section and not economic stream and that people on this thread are familiar with gcms notes for sponsorship apps?

Otherwise, yes it looks like nothing wrong with your app

hey guys , any one know on the wait for GCSM notes at the moment , my canuck wife orderd them online last week on wednesday , . whats the average wait ? please .
cheers

Well I received my first set of GMCS notes yesterday. The last page contained some positive feedback from the VO - including ''relationship seems genuine - info/documents support it's bona fide '' ''recommended to waive interview'' passed on to VO etc

Eligibility assessment:1
created: 2016/03/19
updated: 2016/05/03
conditional: yes
status recommend: pass
due date; 2017/03/18

the eligibility seems fine as it's been updated etc but the only concern is the due date of 2017?? my medicals even expire before that date. I'm confused with the security and criminality below as the progress seems to be behind here is what it says ...

Security 1 (nothing noted in the corner)
created date: 2016/03/19
updated: 2016/03/19
type: security
status: not started
status updated : 2016/03/19 ( looks like nothing was updated since it was created?)
due date: 2017/03/18

CRIMINALITY 1
created date: 2016/03/19
updated date: 2016/03/19
type: criminality
status: not started
status updated: 2016/03/19
due date: 2017/03/18

Medical: PASSED

INFO SHARING: 1
created date: 2016/03/15
updated date; 2016/03/15
type: BIOGRAPHIC
partner: USA
status: NRT
due date: 2016/04/13

So I guess my only concern is the extended due dates and the fact that security and criminality have not been updated recently. Any feedback would be much appreciated

thank you in advance,
kindly
John (Toronto)

Hi, John
I don't think these due dates mean the application due date is in 2017. The due date is usually 1 year from the moment a particular work started.
The most important is bring forward date, did you check it?
Security and criminality might be completed in a few days (ours were done for 3 days !!!) or up to several months, it depends on the case. I really hate to say it even to myself but we need somehow to find the patience to go through this painful and endless process.
