GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

Still awaiting our GCMS notes. Ordered them on 24 July, 2016.

Did you get SA already? I thought I read somewhere that you should wait until SA. I could certainly be mistaken -- it's happened once of twice before

Hello,

My mother case is also stuck in social assistance check. It will be great if you can share how much time it took to come out of social assistance check. I mean from the day check was initiated in GCMS notes to when the results were received and notes entered.

Reply will be really helpful for me to get some better sense. In my case it has been more than 4 months and they are still doing social assistance checks.

Need your help .
I have below case:

Sponsor eligibility passed 18th August'15
Primary applicant eligibility passed 19th May'16
Medical passed 11th July'15
Reassesment passed 16th June'16
Criminality/Background not started
Above information was received by electronic notes

But then few days back I linked my application online to CIC( GC key) there my eligibility still shows: review in progress
Can you advice as to what could be the reason . Please help !

Something weird happened to me. After my wife got her passport back and COPR from SVO I ordered our final gcms note to see how it look when everything is doned. When i ordered it (july 9th) the system never ask me to pay the 5$ fee the I sent an email asking how to pay the fee. Then they answered me that there is no fee under PRIVACY ACT. I thought I would have to order them again under Access to Information Act but I got my note today for Free

The only thing I can think of to explain that is that your wife is a PR... except she's not yet because she hasn't landed yet. Lol

here i am, 8.5 months since i submitted my app to sponsor my wife, and london VO has not even started assessing her eligibility yet. this VO seems like it's backlogged to hell, and yet CPC-M is still transferring apps to london, even for visa exempt applicants who could instead be processed at ottawa VO. the funny thing is that people who submitted their apps 2-3 months before me all got their PPRs within 7-8 months. maybe it's the refugee resettlement program that caused this delay? or perhaps they're short staffed because some of the visa officers are on summer holiday? i don't get it...

Flx2015, I strongly believe they put all of us on hold since almost all of Novermbers got their ppr. I have a hunch they are working on all the back logs and then will continue with us. I'm also December applicant

and when do you think they will continue working on december applications? are you saying they're going to freeze all applications submitted after november and spend several more months working ONLY on older applications? i don't believe that.
