I tried the online PDF signing and this is what I got from ATIP:

" The consent provided appears to have been tampered with. To be valid, a consent must be signed, recently dated, contain the printed name of the person giving consent and identifies you as the designated individual. In the event that the consent provided contains electronic signatures, please provide the audit log from the consent form in order to confirm the signatures provided."

So it seems an audit log is needed. Maybe someone else can confirm this that have done online signatures.
sorry about the confusion, but when you open the PDF document there is a menu in the right hand side, choose file & sign then you will you need to click on sign it will be prompt either to add your proper signature ( you will need to draw) or initials, and that's what i used and got the notes without any problems.

A: PA there is a section to sign for PA

B : empty
C3 : Sponsor
C4 : Sponsor signs

If you have the latest version of PDF you can sign the form online along with the sponsor no need to print or scan....
Thanks boubou, that is what we ended up doing, but signed on paper and scanned it. I guess we'll see if they're okay with it :)

I'm thinking in asking for our GCMS notes,
Filled application in January 28/16
They asked my husband to re do Medical 2 weeks ago, and he had them done. Now Medical is passed, and Background check changed to: in progress, a day before they asked him to get Medical, and that is about it...
Now nothing is happening...

If you were me, would you ask for the notes? ::) Any opinion, it's appreciated my friends, as always!!!

I would. It's only 5 bucks - wouldn't hurt much. However, it takes 30 days to receive the notes and you might get DM by the time notes arrive. :)

Hold on for 1 reason. - Since its been only 2 weeks since you submitted the doc, it would make sense to order GCMS notes sometime around Mid-Dec.

But the notes would come before Mid-Dec, and then, if they show nothing, it's easy to just order new ones.

Since OP has submitted her medical around Oct end, her application was opened and reevaluated. It is evident that the Criminality/Security is being assessed , as mentioned by OP ( on his/her status change update ). The status change in ECAS further shows his/her file was assessed earlier this month. Since OP's action triggered opening of file, It would make sense to wait for 30 days or so, before asking for notes. The reason being in Mexico City, BF'D is often seen in 30 - 37 day increments ( Includes Mailing time ).

Not to mention Mexico City is very slow in processing. In OP's case, PCC request will be assigned by CPC-M with Mexico VO validating the checks.

OP is not alone, I do not know anyone who had their 2016 application processed by Mexico City, and got PPR request.

This is what I got back from the GCMS notes...I applied for PGP sponsorship in 2014, had a baby in 2015 which seems to have put my application on hold, it seems that they had to reassess the financial eligibility..I still dont know if I have been approved as a sponsor or not. (Note that most of the people from my group are either at the final stage of their app, ie parent getting PR). Anybody has any comments on what they can read from this?

At the end of my gmsc notes, it also says "file to PRO for review". Not really sure what it means but our eligibility says "review required", and it's worrying us. And the funny thing is that in the VO notes, there are no red flags or any concerns, yet he put "file to PRO for review".
