Gcms Notes received

Hello Everyone,

I just received my gcms motes.
Education, Ielts and Police clearance is reviewed and confirmed by the agent.

The strange part about my gcmns notes was the score assessment.
There were 9 assessments done and mostly incorrect.

Sometimes it was done without considering my wife as a secondry applicants and couple times it was done considering my bachelor as highest level of education instead of canadian 2 yr Post grad certificate.

Did any one notice these kind of score assessments on their gcms notes.
Please advise

They are notes written in your file by officers. Useful to know what's going on with your application. If you're in Canada, you can order them from

for $5. If outside, use one of the services below:

when is a good time to order it? for me, i got my AOR about 1.5 months back, now BG is in progress and just waiting..also how long does it take to get it if i order it right now?

Any negative effect on application? And if application is done through agent even then this can be ordered by applicant.

You can order gcms notes as many times as you want. There is no effect on the application. You can order it even it is submitted by agent.

You can order these anytime as you submitted the application 1.5 months back they may have completed the eligibility test. You can check the notes. You will receive those after 30 days after submitting the request.

I have 5 assesments done... 2 ryt n three wrong...
What action did you take in your case ..i saw u gt ppr.. so i wanna know too..plz help
