Everything seems fine. I've seen a couple more applicants facing the same situation (failed candidate in GCMS notes). Try raising a CSE with a LOE asking them for any further documentation IRCC may need).

Thank you, I filled the full cse form and kept infront of me. Just afraid to submit, just kept thinking if am abusing the feature of cse, would vo feel I am forcing it? Will it be like questioning their work ? Its 3 months 10 days since my AOR. Should I give sometime and wait for them?

I am totally baffled with this situation.

In that case you know that you're not at fault. Order another set of notes.

You only have 1 day extra of 1 year experience. I'd imagine if the officer discredit a few days of vacation or sick day as unpaid, you could fail at the 1560 hr. Remember CEC counts actual work hours (up to 30 hrs) not only work days.

Anyway, raise CSE is the right move IMO

But vacation time is considered as paid time, I read it on cic website itself and would sick leaves are considered non working days? My employer pays for sick days. full pay.

Thanks for your ideas, have you seen any thing like this before?

Although .. I dont remember taking any sick days in that time. Even if I took how can VO find that out? my employer did not mention any of it?

So you created your profile before one year cutoff? That would cause you trouble... Usually you apply after 1 year and 1 month ish

Not sure about you, but I had some failed comments in my GCMS notes too. I submitted CSE and still got rejected. Try anyway though.

I don't know, I'm not challenging you.

I'm just stating that whether you were paid or not for a given day that's doesn't make it a working day, I'm not sure what days CIC counts and what they don't

2 weeks of paid vacation is counted in the 52 weeks of your experience

Source: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/econ/cec/work.asp

Were you off for more than 2 weeks?

Did you apply right after your 1 year work experience? You should have alloted at least a month before you apply. I think it has something to do with the hours and length of your Canadian work experience since your applying under CEC stream of EE. Raising CSE is your option to send additional info regarding your work hours.
