GCMS Notes for August/Sep/Oct/Nov 2013 Applicants

I got my gcms notes today
I am an August 30 applicant
Nothing started yet except criminality in progress
Visa officer JM8445
 
Hi,
I am oct2013 applicant.
I got my GCMS notes today.
I noticed a strange thing.
My sponsorship was in notes as : FAMILY CLASS AND REFUGEE
I am sure that I applied under CEC.
bit worried...
Experts pls advise.

No I haven't got anything yet
As of feb 12 nothing started except criminality in progress
I have ordered another set of gcms today but I am hoping to get medicals before I get my new gcms
 
Did you choose CEC as the class that you are applying under? That is really odd. I'd suggest you contact your CIC office and wait for their response. If you have a copy of your application, maybe you can double check to see if you chose refugee application anywhere.

Others, any thoughts on the same?

Hi Guys,

I have applied for second GCMS notes today.

Will let you guys know once recieved.
 
Received my notes today. I applied on Feb-11 and they were generated on Feb-14.

Nothing was started except Criminality. Theese notes are not much useful now as they are generated close to the requested date and they are ~28 days old.

Hey, don't worry, it is not unusual, after reading your post, I noticed the same on mine received last week. Remember, GCMS applies to all types of applications. I also noted that all the wording and comments in bold are specific to our application. Also, if you read page 8- it clearly states 'eligibility CEC', so we are fine. The sponsorship is just a generic part in the notes.
 
Just got my GCMS notes.
Applied ------> Feb 12th
Generated ---> Feb 12th
Received ----> Mar 13th

So the notes are almost 1 month old, just like every one else. Only showing Criminality is in progress.
One thing interesting, under Criminality,
Type: RCMP Screening, Status: No reportable trace found

Now I was never asked to do any RCMP. I think they performed the RCMP check on their own, and found nothing suspicious.

Why dependent(Spouse)'s status is greyed out in GCMS notes.
is it common or unusual?

My application also shows the same:
Sponsorship - Family Class and Refugee
Sponsorship - Family Class

Your dependent's status is greyed out (or erased) because of privacy. If you want to see those info, you have to fill out a consent form by your spouse and mail it to AITP.
