GCMS Notes for August/Sep/Oct/Nov 2013 Applicants

Hi,

I'm a July applicant and so far I have already received responses for my two GCMS notes requests. I had applied them under "Access to Information Act" even though i'm in Canada because I was lazy enough to not read the intructions clearly. Anyways below is summary of both of my requests. I was expecting atleast my eligibility would be passed by this time so that I can do upfront medicals.

I'm already seeing that some of the July applicants have already received their MR's and makes me wonder whether the GCMS notes are sent as of date it was sent to us or the date when we applied for it. Frankly I'm expecting that it sends the latest notes available on the date being sent to us.

Got my GCMS notes today. I requested the notes on 23rd January and was generated on 30th January. Nothing has started yet except criminality. It says criminality in progress.

App filed date August 19th 2013.

Requested another GCMS notes today. I will update once i receive the second set after a month.

im july applicant just received my gcms note,i applied for it on 23 jan 2014

Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: In Progress
Org Crime:
Medical: Not Started

As of now nothing is started ..... Sad

I got gcms note for myself and all data for my dependent(not working) is erased.

Did u guys experience the same?? what should i do in order to get information abt my dependent.

Yes even mine is assigned to RC6262.I think it is like a department as my PNP file is also assigned to same.

Assessment :
Eligibility : not started
Security : not started
HIRV:
Criminality : in progress
Orign crime:
Medical: not started

And there note : my up date reference letter, nd PCC,
And look like need RCMP but they didn't not ask me to send yet?

And I seen there is around 3 or 4 VO up dating is that right? With code example : JM8845,JN8888 or etc.

I asked for mine on 24 feb ....will apply for another one at end of April
