Im not really sure but once you get a reply would you be so kind enough to let us know as to how long they took ? so that others would have a rough idea.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a reply back from : ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca i sent them an email last week asking for an update on my GCMS notes as i applied Mid dec and its Mid Feb now and still no reply the fear is now that those NOTES will be outdated and ill be back to Square 1.

I am in the same boat. Applied on December 15. 2 months have passed without any update. I applied through CBSA and received a manual reply regarding another 30-day extension.

i didnt apply through the CBSA but i did apply through my immigration consultant. i guess i will contact them to ask if they received any reply regarding an extension or not. Sad to see things moving at a snails pace talk about family reunification

Applications are still being processed while you are waiting for GCMS notes so it has little to do with family reunification.

I assume many have emailed if not multiple emails. Answering the emails which will only likely say that there are delays just takes away resources from getting the GCMS notes sent out. It looks like resources from GCMS notes have been reallocated. Perhaps to process Afghanistan files.

AOR 7th April -PNP Inland -VO Etobicoke
It being 4 months since applied still no GCMS notes. Raised a webform then response email came that is also going to be delayed no time frame. Unable to reach out to IRCC agent, the recording goes, due to high volume of calls can not transfer call to an agent. Same scenario at anytime of the day. Very stressful

Not a single email reply. its been more then 3 weeks. i called IRCC and just listened to the automated voice msg system that they are processing background check. Im just waiting for GCMS notes which is taking extremely long .. even if it was delayed from CIC end there was no intimation email or letter saying that they need an extension. One would think you would get that.

So its been officially over 90 days and not a single reply or response to emails. i wonder what course of action one can take. GCMS notes shouldnt take more than 3 months i applied on dec 16th and we are entering April now.
