GCMS note help please.

This is my 2nd GCMS note, and there are some notes that i can't understand.

i informed to CIC that my relationship status has been changed, so in my gcms note, PA informed relationship status has been changed. common-law add on request sent on this day(I asked what documents we need becuz i am considering add him on my application, which is still in process). BF 60 days

SO....What does that BF 60 days mean? am i supposed to respond that in 60 days??
But they didn't ask me to in the letter they sent me to direct how to add my partner.

does anybody know about this?

Thank you so much for your reply. So basically BF means VO will look at my file again in 60 days?
