if group type is temprary processing in GCMS,then it can be assumed that all hurdles r over like verification, interview etc.
Or still there may be re assessment or verification.
according to Gcms it clearly mentioned that verification completed, all points met etc.
waitin for ur response
thanks

One more assumption from my side that every applicant who received GCMS report those all are with pending document with RFV or without RFV. It means that those MI1 applicant with pending documents is still pending & waiting for getting visa. Those candidate with clear documents already got visa till april 2010 applicant. My frnd also got visa and landed in june 2012 which one april 2012 applicant. And it means only may, june 2010 applicants and pending document applicants is pending in MI1 category.

Correct me if i wrong

Thanxs

Immigration Minister Jason Kenney has stated that “the new Skilled Worker program will be limited to applicants in NOCs O, A, and B, but won’t be limited to particular occupations.”

While the Minister has said that there won’t be a limitation on particular occupations, it is expected that there will be an overall cap or limit to the number of applications that will be accepted for assessment by CIC.

Kenny has said that under the new policy no particular occupations would be outlined for eligibility under FSW class. Above statement makes it clear that most probably they would not delay the processing of files of applicants under 4131 or other such NOC codes because these NOCs were removed from MI2 and MI3.
