GCMS - Dependant details

I applied for GCMS notes and I received it today, Where I can find the complete details of the principal applicant, but for the same section for the dependant only the name is mentioned and nothing else. IS this common. How to view the status of the dependant.

Hey Minu23, I see you submitted your application in March and you'r still couple of months away from MR. Can you tell me if you can see any progress update in your GCMS notes or its all blank at this stage.. I've the same timeline and was thinking to apply for GCMS notes.. Thanks

NO updates.. I sent PCC after my AOR tats updated.

Looks like they havent started processing your application and hence it is blank, please keep in mind that the GCMS notes is generated 1 month before (i.e) the day you requested and not when you received it.

yep I am aware of that. when I can see some fields for the principal applicant y not for the dependant ? its blank that the entire sheet is blank only with the name of the dependant.. not even any field name.

That means they have just started with you first and have not even looked in to your dependent's....

I would say just relax and let the application take its due course for evaluation.... unless you have submitted your application in March 2013 and still waiting for MR.

Aaah..If I would have filed on march 2013 I wont be asking questions in forum would have mailed CIC directly just a question arised to see an odd blank page in gcms and I expected expert answers who had applied earlier along with a dependant.

Well, I did apply along with dependents but never applied for GCMS until 1 year after my AOR.....

I am not sure what "expert" answers you are looking for within 4 months of your application...

Only order GCMS notes if your application is taking a particularly long time, or you have some reason to believe that complications have arisen... otherwise, don't micro-manage your case.

Only order GCMS notes if your application is taking a particularly long time, or you have some reason to believe that complications have arisen... otherwise, don't micro-manage your case.

GCMS notes can also be applied to verify whether our additional documents are received by the CIC. And I am not expecting any status changes or any other details, but I asked for blank pages present in GCMS note for the dependant. That is my ultimate question if you people are not able to understand it clearly.

in my GCMS notes my spouse details were hidden due to privacy act... my spouse ordered their own notes & got their details and mine were hidden ..

you should only see ur stuff and the rest should be hidden ..
