Well, of importance apart from an da pre approval letter I received, my spouse had received a email shortly after that - WHICH STATES " it was determined that you have met the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence as a protected person". etc etc and also went on to states that " it also been determined that your following family members outside Canada that were included in your application meet the eligibility requirement (and went on to name the family members which is times 2)". etc etcHi!
Congratulations! Is quite good to receive some positive news about this long process

So, as I said in previous post - I am still awaiting the medical request and for the completion of background checks for both myself and spouse etc. hopefully- all these will be done by end of this year to the first quarter of next year HOPEFULLY!
