GCKey webpage not working!

Hi!

According to the cic.gc.ca online steps to submit for study permit, I have to register for GCKey.

Unfortunately, when I press on the button "Continue to GCKey" in the this link "http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/mycic.asp", it gives me this message: "This webpage is not available"

I stay in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and the embassy of Canada here don't accept the phone calls inquires and by email, they need about 15 business days to reply!

Any help please!

Google Online cic application.

Click On Apply Online, that would be the first option probably

Go to the bottom of page and select GcKey

and enter your credentials.
