In the Identity Validation, I have entered the security questions incorrectly and my account got locked 30 mins back. Please help, I received ITA and completed the application. I was just in the process of attaching the documents and I have until Oct 18th to submit the PR application. I am worried now, please let me know what to do. I tried raising a ticket in the webform and i got an automated message that they will reply back in 2-3 days.
Hi it's not working, they are asking me to call a different number if within canada. They are saying GCKey doesn't handle this and IRCC handles the security questions. The IRCC number is giving an automated response without any resolutions.
