Hi, although i applied on may 25, i gave my biometrics on 11th june which updated on 12th june. My background check status is showing “we are processing your background check..”
no more updates

I had applied for study permit application on 25-05-2019.
I have given my biometric on 31-05-2019 at New Delhi,India,
My biometric still not update.I got an email on
03-06-2019 with tracking id . But when I check my online account on Canada official website it is not update.
why this is happen plz give information guys .and what I can do for this

I have swan many timelines of SDS applicants. For everyone except you, the bio-metric was updated on the very next day including me.

Have you checked your account on CIC website? You would not get an email notification or a new message on your GCkey for the bio-metric update. The date of the bio-metric given and the expiry date will only be updated on your account.

I would recommend you to use the IRCC's Web-form after 20 days of your application. In there web page, they say to use that webform if your application has exceeded normal processing times.
