Does that mean then I have to do my IELTS test again! I did it in May 2012 for the July 2012 submission but as it says on CIC your IETLS has to be valid for 2 years from submission of application. If the FSW open in Jan 2013 I would have lost 7 months and therefore would have to do it again to be valid for 2 years. Is this right?

Dont worry your IELTS need to be valid till the time of PER (Positive Eligibility Review) which is done in 15-30days of your application at CIO, Nova Scotia.

So the straight one line answer is "DO NOT WORRY FOR IELTS"
