I am in a full time position. since it says weekly 30hrs for full time, but some of my week has 26-28hrs else it's 30-35hrs always. It will be 1560hrs in a year. does that affect my MPNP??

I was wondering about risk assessment -100points for work xperience in other province, I have only done part time work when I was student there. started my full time work in Manitoba after my PSWP. so should I have to count minus100 points? Could you please help me on this as well?
