Spatel09 you arevery helpful; thank you for your time.I knew it that we should have received our AOR by now. One more thing: in order to send them an email did you use that service from www.cic.gc.ca? or just simple email them?
Because they have a service on their website if you to make specific case enquires...

No do not send simple email.

send them case specific enquirey through this link

https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=buffalo

And please give me update if you got any reply.

Best Luck

Spatel09, I just sent them the email...next, I will wait for their reply. As soon as I get one, I will post.
Congratulations for your AOR. This really confirmed me that there are gaps in the system...they are sure that they sent the email on ....and the applicant never receives it. ???

Today my ecas status changed to In process. But the details are same as RBVO.
The address has been removed from the e-case page.

I am not sure what to make of this. Any thoughts?

Dear All,
Please help!

I just checked my e-case and it shows "Decision Made"
I did not received 2nd AOR, and had sent my full documents to London on 29th Sept 2010
Please elaborate and help me understand what is going on...is it another error or it is the end?
This is what I got when I clicked on "Decision Made"

We received your application for permanent residence on April 1, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 7, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

your replies are very much appreciated

Seems like a mistake to me. I had similar thing with my e-cas status.

It stayed that way for 5 months, in that time I received 2nd AOR and Medicals.

You can try to send inquiry to London VO and hope they will answer.

P.S. Don't stress to soon e-cas is not a very reliable system! It could be mistake!

This morning my address was removed from ECAS. Spatel09 can you share if the same happened to your ECAS?
Thank you.

Just checked mine im still in process and my ailing address is gone too
I think this is the new format or just to make sure thata candidates who are in process dont change their address on the ecas website but send them an email just like they ask you to do in the aor

My status is still in process except for the address.

Hi Elias,

My ECAS is same there is no change at all.

Did you sent case specific inquiry.

Look guys what they have replied to me ???
Buffalo has no record of the file number or name and date of birth you have provided.

e-Cas is for applications processing within Canada only.

Immigration cases being processed in Visa offices outside Canada use a system different from that used to process similar applications in Canada. As a result, the e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) does not reflect the status of cases being processed in Buffalo.

Do not use the CIC e-Cas on-line change of address system. Your new address will not be downloaded to your file in Buffalo.

What should I do?

Are they crazy or what???????????? How come they do not have my file? What is going on?

Don't get panic Elias

Did you provided file no from 1st AOR.

and Make sure it is correct.....

Because last time i send them inquiry in last week of December without 1st file no.

They did replied me that;
Permanent resident applications are created in our database and acknowledgement of receipt letters are sent to the applicant within 30 weeks of receipt. Any application submitted without the required documents and information will be returned to the applicant.

They didn't give me my 2nd file no which was already created on 9th December.

so it depends on person who reply your inquiry.
