I just wanted to say - don't lose faith.

Prepare yourself - read as much as you can. Learn as much as you can. Do everything to know about Canada.

Be prepared so that Canada doesn't break you, because beginning a new life is not simple!

11 days gone, only I know someone recieved my file but there is no info abt 2nd AOR ?
CAn u define what does 2nd aor mean when we get?

Hi Murtaza,

its been 2 months since my docs received by London office and no updates yet , yours is only 11 days wait for atleast another 4 weeks before you see your status change to "Recvd By VO" and then you will get 2nd AOR by post in 2 weeks. 2nd AOR contains new file number, approcimate time frame for your decision and acknowledgement that they have received your docs. Recent applicant whose status changed to "Recvd by VO" was one who sent docs on 10 Sep mine was sent on 15th Sep so i should hear some news next week.

From all threads I have seen Buffalo is the slowest Visa office of all. They take a minimum of 3 to 5 months for the 2nd AOR

Hi bro

My letter says same. But i have seen Sydney cases normally rake 10 to 12 months normally, once we have in process status then it doesn't take that long to get medicals. I am expecting atleast ten months for whole procedure after second AOR. So we have to wait for in process first. Once we will get the medicals then we will be able to know that our application have passed the main stage of processing. Then what ever time it takes, it won't be that stressful.

Hi, did they already change your status to "in process?" Really sick of waiting..but what can i do but wait...its been 2.5 months now since they recved my full docs.
