FULL DOCS TO NEW DELHI CHC IN AUGUST 2010 >>>>>>>>

Hello folks..I am new to Immigration stuff...

to begin with, I want to tell you all that I have got into WWIC trap....I paid them for bronze (thankfully not gold or diamond or anyother shit)....I applied through them in March 2010 and finally got the file number from Nova Scotia in August 2010. I havent got the packet from WWICS yet but I have checked the file number on cic website and thankfully its my name.

I am not sure what is this called..I mean what stage is this? I have to submit all originals etc by December.

Can you please tell me how can I do it myself and not depend on WWICS.

Did you hire any consultant or lawyer for your filings and immigration advice????

No, I havent hired any consultant. And I never asked VO to transfer my file. File transfer was part of their process.

All,

I have a question:

Once CHC ND receive our complete documents how long should it take for us to get:
2nd AOR
Medical request / PPR / RFPF
PPT - stamped with Visa

Although I am looking out for approx timelines, trying to set expectations :)

PS: I understand that the timelines were better and now are getting longer.

pls cross check with the table in previous messages for 2nd AOR.. Also you can cross check in March and April threads for exact dates

Almost all people submitted full docs in March at CHC ND seems to have got their visa stamped by august end... ;D

So lets hope 5-6 motnhs time will take for us to get our visa.. ie, by Dec or next JAN

few of 'em are saying it might be faster once the student visa applications are over.... God knows.. :'(

Same thing happened with me.
No u cannot do anything. I have gone deeeeeeeep into it and found one solution.

File a new application asap. and send it to cio again. let both of them get processed. Its allowed to have 2 applications simultaneously.
If the earlier one gets returned back then its okay you can continue with the new one and u wont lose time.

If the earlier one gets approved then proceed with that one. Once the second application AOR comes from CIO, send them a withdrawal application. They will refund all of your money.

This is the best plan. Do it ASAP. this is your only hope. Or else wait till the documents or AOR1 are mailed back to you after 2 months.

Thanks buddy for the advice, but I have applied recently under FSW. There was a mistake in filling the info 4m my side, E-Cas status as of now Review Pending. My 3 months will be ending onl 3rd Nov 2010.

Where are u located? Whats your mailing address, Delhi or Canada???

I am still waiting for my 2nd AOR and i hope its mailing delay only and nothing else.

I am in USA. I was expecting earlier to receive 2nd AOR in Sep. end or Oct 1st week but receive quite early...
