Hi! I am joining this thread though I am 2009 june applicant from Buffalo but my file got transfered from buffalo to Seattle then finally from Seattle to New Delhi in August 24th. So further on my processings will be from New Delhi. Lets hope for the best. Best of luck to all in this thread.

If canada, then on what date did u receive your mail for 2nd AOR? (not asking about the date on mail but the date when u got it in hand)
My previous experience with new delhi office is that they send all overseas mail to ottawa from where it is dispatched after a few weeks. Two communication mails that i received from delhi so far were dated 1 month ago when i received them so i was wondering if my mailing delay would be 1 month for AOR too.

I am located in New Delhi, India. I have also read it somewhere on the forum about mail being sent to Ottawa and then dispatched.
Perhaps, that's the reason for mailing delay.

Hello gavis,

If you are not stationed in New Delhi, it may take some time for people to receive their 2nd AOR since it is sent by normal post.
However, I don't see any harm in writing to CHC and inquiring about the same.

i am not in delhi but still i feel in 1 month i should be able to get my 2nd aor
does processing starts only after we recieve aor or once our status changes to rec. by vo in e cas

process start as soon as e-cas show RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE. whether you receive 2 AOR or not.

If you don't mind, can I ask you why was your file transferred from Buffalo to Seattle? And how much time you think, you lost in moving the files from one place to another?

The reason why I am curious to know is, I have submitted all of my documents to Buffalo in Aug. 2010.

Hi Desi_cfa,

The reason given to my file transfer from Buffalo to seattle was to expedite the process though they gave me 90 days waiting time but started processing after 120 days and again transfered file from seattle to New Delhi giving the reason of Program integrity. I wonder why they didnt do it directly from Buffalo. Anyways the total time lost in the file transfer from one place to another is around 5 to 6 months what to do...I have been a poor soul so far.....I hope now everything will run smoothly due to God's grace. What about you?
 
1.when can we send Full Documents to VO ND,after receiving AOR from CIO?

2.do we need to wait & get some letter of instructions from ND VO or Can one immediately send further documents to ND VO after u get AOR from CIO?

3.Is the file transferred electronically or physically to ND VO?

i have applied post-26th June...Hope almost similar procedure will be followed...

u need to take print of the AOR email and attach it to full docs to be sent to ND

prepare all docs. the day u receive the AOR in email, take print of that and put that in courier packet and send

how can it be transferred electronically? Its physical.
