Re: FULL DOCS TO NEW DELHI CHC IN AUGUST 2010

Hi,

I am planning to go for FSW Under Architect and need to know following things.
1. Confused about Notarized Documents ( there are two type of notarized document 1 - with full process i.e. Official Seal and stamp and other things too and second one is Notary stamp with True copy seal , which one we should use?
2. If I am not making mistake we have to send documents with application at CIO - Sydney, CANADA and we have to send visa specific documents too along with original documents , is that correct?

Please let me know and if possible please send me documents which you sent for CIO and Delhi Office.

Thanks in advance

Well am aware only about the first question. The second option is required i.e.Notary stamp with true copy seal. Thats all.

Dear friends,

here i have a doubt regarding proof of funds, i have submitted the full documents to london CHC, now if i need some in emergency can i withdrawn some money from my bank account which i shown in Proof of funds.

is there any problem, means will they check the accounts by calling the banks please give me advise

thanks

JAP

Logically one has to use his/her funds in case of emergency, so u can anytime take a dip in those funds, but your bank statement should be healthy enough to make them convinced that the dip was genuine.

Hello friend you can send ur RPRF fee now with embassy fee or when CHC will send u RPRF request but best thing is that send ur RPRF fee now with your application fee. it can save your 15-30 days processing time which is consuming in DD clearance and RPRF receiving changes in ur file in CHC
