Hi Preet ...have u raised CSE? I remember discussing PPR status with you...as in my case as well they have asked additional docs after 1 month of TLU..

Yay! Got 6th line updated FINALLY ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Medical results have been received.

I first checked it on 14-Oct-2015 at 10:00AM IST but it was not there. Then refreshed ECAS after one hour (11:00 AM IST) and there it was!!!

I believe they update ECAS via a batch process which runs at a specified time and does the update accross Smiley

I am getting job offer from Canadian company who is registered in Canada and have head quarters in Canada

I will be full time employee and will be getting salary in CAD

but only issue is they will send me to USA or Dubai for 1 year to complete few projects

will that be counted as present days in Canada ? for citizenship this time will be counted ? shall I take this offer?

No Movement from Warsaw since 2 Months. No Updates no such TLU . What Warsaw is doing and for what reason Warsaw is testing our passions. we are only the last batch remaining that waiting for the PPR but no hope has been found since 4 to 5 weeks. Warsaw has stopped almost all file processing no more updates or even any Medical status has been seen in the Forum. if the situation remain like this then we all applicants to take the Joint effort and write to CIC about this delay will effect our future planning and present mental and physical health. we are working under stress due to all these pending decision and we are not able to give any productivity or committed deliverable to our present employer only due to killing wait.

Hope Warsaw immigration people look at this thread and understand the feelings of remaining applicants who has built lot hope dream on the basis of their Canada FSW . This is the important and critical milestone that will change overall scenario of life. hope Warsaw will start issuing the PPR and end up that all Process by this month itself.

Well technically speaking...u might get a response by end of this month hopefully. Because your meds done shows 28th Jul and 3 months from there on they have to decide on your case unless they find some medical anomaly. Patience is the only key my friend, i had to wait for good one year to get the passport stamped from application time. Hopefully you will receive good news soon.

Since u have ur status meds received (TLU) and more than 3 months passed..it looks like u cleared ur medicals and may be they are running security checks for your application. High time to raise CSE.

Go ahead and accept the job offer....the law says..if u r outside canada on a professional assignment..it counts as days in canada only..and the same is also true for your spouse and kids who accompany you if u r married.

As of now I am still waiting for my passport request. I had my MR on 8th May 2015, TLU on 10th June 2015 and my application was submitted on 28th Nov 2014. I had my last document - FBI PCC reaching them on 13th Aug 2015(I was given a 1 month extension for the same till 09 Sep 2015). But since then I am waiting for PR.
I would request your suggestion on raising a CSE with Warsaw office. I have a lawyer representing my application. However I would like to raise a CSE myself and get response to myself. Considering all the above details, kindly suggest is this possible and the link for Warsaw CSE. I would like to raise a CSE and understand the status of my file/application.
Please also suggest the message format or body in case you had earlier written to Warsaw.

I believe you can't since you may have filled the form "Use of Representative" while filing your application, they have a record of this. Your mailing address on your eCAS would be that of your lawyers, if you wish to raise a CSE do it through your lawyers, i know of the best lawyer firm for canadian immigration that rejected representing my friend because he contacted CIC on his own instead of channelling through them since they are the representatives.

Got my 6th line update today as well. Medicals received. Got MR on 17th September, did my medicals on 21st September and as per my doctors it got uploaded on 22nd September. I received the Medicals received today, within 3 weeks. LVO, NDVO and CVO are issuing PPR within 2-3 weeks of medicals, Hope to receive ours soon too.
