I am master student in Canada and my Master will be finish next year 2014 December. However i am eligible for FSWP in NOC 2243 Industrial Instrumentation Engineer and if i am apply now for FSWP is my application is accept because cap is not reached its 63 now but the overall cap is 3014 of 5000.
OR
I am apply for PNP next year in December 2014 on the basis of Master Graduate stream in Ontario.

Please recommend me and suggest me what is the best option with respect to time processing.

Thanks.

You can try your luck]

But i am still confused about application selection is CIC select application from overall that they received in all NOC or they can select separately with respect to NOC category.

Usually, PNP applications are processed faster than FSW applications.
However, if you are eligible right now for FSW (and not jet for PNP), I would go for the FSW route.

The caps are calculated by CIC like this: they go with the seperate NOC-caps first - if your NOC-specific cap has not been reached, you have mastered the first hurdle. As a second step, CIC will look at the overall cap - if this is not reached, either, they will continue to process your application. However, if one of the caps is reached, the game is over (for all NOCs, or just for the specific NOC which has been capped).

Just one thing - be aware, that in order to qualify for the FSW route, you must have a minimum of one year work experience in a NOC o, A or B occupation. As far as I know, this is a requirement for all FSW-streams.

Thanks a lot for the information. Yes I already have three years experience and my credential already assessed by WEC and in language section all module is more than CLB 7....... infect my total points is 69 .............. is there any key point or information before sending documents to CIC please inform me because I am going to send within 2 week.

I am not that familiar with the current FSW8 (2013) requirements. You might want to check / ask in the FSW2013 thread.
