I have over 9.5 years of IT Experience in an Indian IT Company.

The company, I currently work with, has refused to give experience letter for immigration purpose to employees.

How can I apply in such a case?

I have heard the a few affidavits need to be submitted, does anyone know the actual process involved?

To make matters worse, I am currently not in India.

How can I get it all the required documents while sitting in a foreign country?

you can get a senior colleague of yours to attestate your job duties and can then do affidavit that as per your company policy they do not give letter for immigration purpose.
