Dear Seniors, Experts, and Frequent Board Visitors:

Can I ask for some advice / assistance please?

GOD IS GREAT! I checked my ECAS yesterday and saw 2nd line - We started processing your application on June 25, 2015. :D ;D

Because of this, I logged into my email account to see if I received any correspondence. True enough, there was a letter from CEM that says this:
===========================================================================================
We have completed an initial review of your application and now require the following information/documents in order to continue processing:
A. Complete medical examinations for yourself and, if applicable, for your spouse/common law partner and all your dependent children, whether they are accompanying to Canada or not.
YOUR MEDICAL FORM(S) AND INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SENT SEPARATELY TO THE SAME EMAIL
ADDRESS(ES) WITHIN 72 HOURS.
You should make arrangements to undergo the required medical examinations within
thirty (30) days from the date of this letter.
B. Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee/s (RPRF) each for yourself and, if applicable, your accompanying spouse/common-law partner. Note that the RPRF is not required for non-accompanying spouses/common-law partners. See the section on Additional Information below for more information on fees payment.
C. New NBI Clearance with your correct year of birth

===========================================================================================

Help Needed:
1. Am I correct to assume based on A above that this is not the MR yet? Can you share with me a sample of how it looks like so I know what to look for?
2. Does the request for new NBI clearance document mean I need to submit this in original?
3. Since I am required to submit documents by 1 method only and assuming the answer to #2 is yes, does this mean I should just courier the original new NBI clearance + RPRF receipt? Or can I submit the NBI clearance via courier and then email the RPRF receipt to CEM?

Thanks in advanced for your help!! :-*

Help Needed:
1. Am I correct to assume based on A above that this is not the MR yet? Can you share with me a sample of how it looks like so I know what to look for? - It is the Medical Request letter. There will be a separate email usually 24hrs after with attachments containing your medical forms each for every applicant (which you will bring to the cic accredited clinics to conduct the medical exams.)

2. Does the request for new NBI clearance document mean I need to submit this in original? - You need to obtain a recent NBI clearance and submit the original to the embassy.

3. Since I am required to submit documents by 1 method only and assuming the answer to #2 is yes, does this mean I should just courier the original new NBI clearance + RPRF receipt? Or can I submit the NBI clearance via courier and then email the RPRF receipt to CEM?
- Yes, you need to courier the original NBI clearance to the embassy. As for the RPRF receipt, either of the 2: you can courier the printed copy of the receipt together with your NBI clearance / or you can just email the scanned copy of the receipt as attachment as per instructions indicated on your MR email.

Thanks in advanced for your help!! :-*

Hi, hope this helps your query.. replies above in RED..

Congratz for your MR.. Lapit na yan!

God bless

You're welcome simplyND.
Actually, mine is 10 years in the making & I am hopeful this journey will end up with visa granted.
Applied in 2005 but did not push through,
Applied in 2007 but it was returned due to the back log in CIC.
Applied in 2013 and again returned due to NOC already capped.
Then in 2014......at least MR na.
Truly, patience is a virtue.

1st stage lang ung application ko paulpaul. Then in 2011 due to the backlog naglabas ng law ang Canada to return all old applications filed prior to feb 28, 2009 kaya nakasama ung appication ko. The payment was also returned to by CIC. Ganun ung scenario kung bakit sya binalik. But with the new system in CIC i doubt mauulit ung backlog nila.

Congrats sa lahat ng may good news! lalo na kay QueenA :D :D :D

And for those who are still waiting for MR,PPR,DM,Visa...it will come in God's Perfect Time...

Exactly 1 month today from PPR and no DM yet...medyo kinabahan na ako...

Its Friday sana umulan pa ng maraming GOOD NEWS!!!

Lord bigay muna sa amin pleasssse...Salamat po Panginoon!

God Bless Us All!!!
