I hope umandar na ang MR namin mga August applicants with NOC 1212 this month of March.

Hi Angel. Basing on the timelines of those who submitted last May, most of them already got their visa last November-February. You may try the following options to check on your status.
1. If you received per(since you have your uci) last September, then your files should be in Manila now. Try to check your status online using your personal information and your uci here https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas
2. Maybe you can send a case-specific enquiry to the embassy. https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=manila
3. Some of the global members ordered GCMS notes to know the details of the status of their application. Maybe you can try to discuss this with your consultant.
4. Another thing, you can call CIC from outside Canada 1-613-944-4000.
Thank you so much, manila_kbj!
We sent a message to our consultant yesterday, hopefully she replies positively from our request to inquire to CIC.
We also got a reply from the portal saying, "Under Processing..."
We sent a request "Case Specific Enquiry" yesterday. Hopefully, they send us a reply; although it says that if our application is still within normal processing times, we may not receive a reply.
According to the website, we are still in the timeline but actually as we all know there are so many applications being processed ahead of this timeline.
Another option is the GMCS. I tried yesterday but it says that, "To be eligible to make a request under the Access to Information Act or the Privacy Act, you must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently present in Canada."
Please teach me how to make a request via GMCS.
I want to try calling CIC also. Will I get good info when I make a call?
Thank you again, friends.
Please reply. This is killing me...

Thank you very much, Arcflash! Appreciate your help.
Question: What are you pertaining to about "57 days lang sila nag reply"? Sa GMCS ba?

Thanks!

Hi Arcflash,
Thank you for your reply.
We called up CIC a while ago. The Agent told us that the VO received it on Oct. 30, 2014. Since it was the only info he could give us, he sent us an email so we can send our inquiries directly to the VO.
Since we inquired from the website and sent an inquiry to the e-cas, we’ll get a reply in 28 days if we’re lucky given a response.
We’ll also try the GMCS.
Maybe this way the VO will be given a heads up and the case will be given the preferential attention this time considering that we are exhausting all possible means of knowing the status / “specific inquiry” and we seem to be really eager for the facilitation of the processing as compared to the average processing time.
Are we correct on this thought? Please enlighten and comment.
Thank you, friends.
