Thank you for your reply.
We called up CIC a while ago. The Agent told us that the VO received it on Oct. 30, 2014. Since it was the only info he could give us, he sent us an email so we can send our inquiries directly to the VO.
Since we inquired from the website and sent an inquiry to the e-cas, we'll get a reply in 28 days if we're lucky given a response.
We'll also try the GMCS.
Maybe this way the VO will be given a heads up and the case will be given the preferential attention this time considering that we are exhausting all possible means of knowing the status / “specific inquiry” and we seem to be really eager for the facilitation of the processing as compared to the average processing time.
Are we correct on this thought? Please enlighten and comment.

Sa website, ang sabi 16 months daw. Is this from the date submitted or from the time that we received the PER? Pero, sa mga na bigyan na ng decision & visa, it didn't reach 16 months for both. It appears so much earlier, like 3 months from date of PER received... There are stats posted kasi sa ibang groups in this forum, which I chose the VO Manila also.

cusoonCA, timeline is 1st week of June, PER Sept 2014..

We sent the application under NOC 0911 last May 2014, was received by CIO June 2014 1st week. We received the PER/UCI info on Sept 2014 and said that it was under processing.
No update till now.
Please reply, help us dear fellows.

Hi, regarding you inquiry about the GCMS notes. You can avail through a 3rd party since only people who are residing inland in Canada are provided by this and it will cost them only $5. But you are able to proceed the order of your GCMS notes file thru the said 3rd party and it will cost higher at around $35, if i remember correctly. You can go to this website gcmsfile.com, but currently they are under maintenance. This 3rd party has been recommended by members here in the forum who availed them. Please take note that you will received your said notes only after 30days from your order. but the notes will contain with latest information on the date when you ordered.

Just follow the instructions on the website.
