Yes, there is a bank secrecy law. The embassy is only allowed to ask if the bank actually released the certificate the applicant sent them. Kaya pagandahan ng bank certificate ang labanan. Barbers yang BDO manager na yan.

I would like to seek your opinion on the Internal Auditor work experience (2 years & 2 months) of my cousin (portion of total work experience), if it at least matches or qualifies for the NOC 1111. Please compare the CIC-provided job description vs. actual job description of their HR Department and comment on it. Be specific to the question only please. Thanks

NOC 1111 job description:

Financial auditors perform some or all of the following duties:

1. Examine and analyze journal and ledger entries, bank statements, inventories, expenditures, tax returns and other accounting and financial records, documents and systems of individuals, departments within organizations, businesses or other establishments to ensure financial recording accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards, procedures and internal controls
2. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations to improve individual or establishment's accounting and management practices
3. Conduct field audits of businesses to ensure compliance with provisions of the Income Tax Act, Canadian Business Corporations Act or other statutory requirements
4. May supervise other auditors or professionals in charge of accounting within client's establishment.

Hi po, ask ko lang if need ba talaga magsubmit ng COE for companies you've worked with for the past 10 years or pwede kahit yung relevant work lang na related sa NOC na napili mo? Kasi may in-between job ako na I don't think will be relevant anymore sa NOC ko and I think nagsara na yung company na yun.. Help please.. Thanks in advance!

Ang alam ko, ang kina-count lang nila ay yung related sa NOC mo na experience.

Ex.
NOC 2173 - 1 year
NOC 3012 - 3 years
NOC 0111 - 2 years

Total = 6 years

Then ang inapplyan mo is ang NOC 2173, so ang points na ibibigay sayo is 9 points lang,
Hindi 15 points because of the 6 years total experience.

Thus the reason mas ok tlaga sobra ang points just in case Mali ang assessment mo sa points mo. Buti na yung sobra kesa kulang.. Dba?

Can anyone please confirm this? Kinabahan naman tuloy ako.... ang sabi kasi sa ibang thread when I asked the same question, Is that points should be for the total years of work experience as long as they are all under the 50 eligible occupation in NOC2011. You only need 1 year in your primary NOC and you will get credit for any other experience in skill type 0 or skill level A or B.

I would appreciate any confirmation/clarification on this... since nakasalalay din ang number of points ko on this issue. Thank you po in advance.

Hello po. May question po ako.. June 6 applicant po ako wala pa naman po ako PER. Ask ko lang po WHAT IF preggy po ako by the time ma issue PER ko and medial. Would they allow me to leave? Or pag nakapanganak na po ako by the time ma issue ang visa pd ko po ba include newborn baby ko? Ang nakasama lang po sa application ko ng jube 6 is me, my husband and my daughter. Pls help po. May nabasa ako sa isang thread. Ininterview siya, not sure lang kung it went smooth and nagtuloy ang process nia or nagsubmit siya ng6months bank statement.

Next topic was settlement.

Sabi nya.. next question i would like to ask is settlement fund.. i dont think you have sufficient funds ( nanakot si ate)..
1. Tell the distance betwen where you reside and where the account is located.


2. When was it opened? Month and year

3. Then follow question nya is based sa sagot ko na ang second account was opened in april 2013 ( sabi nya OH?).. sabi ko it was given by my dad from his retirement pay.

4. Sabi given or lent??? With a smile pa si ate.. so sabi ko putely given as i dont have the capacity to lend from external financial institutions as i cannot pay the interest and the credit term is quite strict.

5. Do you have siblings?? Sabi ko i have 2 brothers.

6. Dont they need the money also?. Sabi ko when we decides to apply, i ask for a family meeting..my 2 brothers dont nees it as they are earning so much and both of them consented.

7. Did your father receives a service churva ( nakalimutan ko ang word pero nire-phrase nya saying lump sum amount ba for the nuber of years serve and how much)

8. How much is given to you? Dont theyyour oarents need the money? Sabi ko for now no because he is receiving pension from sss and also my mom is still working..

Take note, make eye-to-eye contact.. pag intimidating na, wag bibigay..fight mo trabaho mo.. ako ginamit ko pagka-teacher..meron pa akong hand gestures in explaining,meron pang flowchart yung step by step.. then meron pa akong jargons ginamit..

Kung tingin nyo d xa convinced, explain more.. then kung d ka sure sa question, magtanong. Bawal ang assuming..

Sabi ng agent ko di naman tatanungin yung bank statement kung kelan dineposit ang importante daw eh wag babawasan yung required amount before maiissue yung visa..

Code 1212 - 1.5years
Code 1431 - 2.5years

Meaning po, un 1.5years lang ang counted? Kasi un noc 1431, wala siya sa 50 eligible occupations. Noc 1431 po kasi ay code ng sinusupervise ni 1212. Ibig sabihin po, 9points lang ang pwede ko makuha??? Kahit related ung 1431 sa 1212 kasi siyempre po bago ka maging supervisor, dapat ginawa mo din un dutis and responsibilities nun work na hawak mo?

Yes po. May bank secrecy law. Pero if you check the bank certificate (I got mine sa BDO), may nka sulit din na you are allowing the "addressed person/institution" (CIC) to get info about your account, thus the reason for the bank certificate. If wala namang nakalagay sa bank certificate mo na Ganun, you must "indicate on the certificate that you are giving the Canadian embassy visa section the authority to request information with regards to you account"

Pero yun lang po ang sinabi sa akin and ang pagkakaalam ko ha. Pero if you think about it, mabuti nlng yung I-anticipate natin na hihingiin nila lahat ng info para maging careful tayo. Pero Kung ni-loan tlaga ang money and u think it's worth the risk naman.. Go for it!! Marami Rin naman ang Hindi na tinatawagan ang bank. Just be ready lang sa mga supporting docs, just in case tawagin for interview regarding sa settlement fund.

Ang ginawa ko, humingi lang ako ng Generic na COE (with or without JD) dun sa mga employment ko na hindi relevant sa NOC na inapplyan ko. Kasi dba I-dedeclare mo naman ang employment history mo dun sa isang form and May form din na idedeclare mo ang activities mo na ginawa for the past 10 years.

Ang complete lang tlaga na files (reference letter with JD, pay slips, contracts) ay yung dun sa main NOC na inapplyan ko.

Ang alam ko Hingi ka ng letter of reference from those people who you conducted business with... Suppliers, clients, etc.
