ahh, sige gawa na lang ako ng self affidavit (letter of explanation) for each company (NOC related), ngayon kasi ang naka-prepare ko pa lang yung, letter of reference with JD, annual salary, hrs per week, designation from manager.

Thanks thanks :)
Thanks Willow05 for answering my question :)

Now with regarding this one, so you mean, if the Letter of Reference that was provided to me by my company, only indicate a very generic and basic details of my job scope... almost not detailing the what I did in relation to my NOC at all... (HR kasi, wala silang alam masyado about job details. and this is a previous company, so wala na din ang mga managers ko)---- I can just provide a self affidavit? When you say self affidavit, does this mean, a letter detailing my job responsibilities and what explanation of what? will I need to have this notarized or something?

Thanks in advance :)

Work Experience related ulit, hehe

sa checklist nakalagay kasi,

"the positions you have held during the period of employment..."
"main responsibilties in each position"
"total annual salary plus benefits in each position"

hmm, ibig sabihin, kung na-promote ka sa isang company, at naiba na yung designation mo, separate letter of reference pa yung unang position mo at yung last position mo? sa COE kasi yung last designation na lang di ba and yung annual salary non?

ok lang kaya na, ilagay ko sa explanation at reference letter ko yung annual salary nung first position? pero yung last position, hndi ko na iindicate sa mga letters, since nakalagay na sa COE?

sorry, dami ko pong tanong :-[

I am not sure dun sa self-affidavit stating your Job duties and responsibilities.. (Again, I am not 100% sure). I think kasi you have to contact supervisors or colleagues, sa kanila ka Hingi ng letter of reference stating na u worked together and Nandun yung mga info mo.

May nakalagay lang na I worked for the company as xxxx from xxx to xxx and was promoted as xxxx from xxx to xxx.

So kung colleague or manager who no longer works for the company, its alright to just have them write and print it in plain white paper with no letter head? I still have contact with some of my colleagues but they're not with the company anymore..

Also one more question. If principal applicant is Thai but spouse and rest of the family are Filipinos (whole family is Singapore PR though), is it alright to put Manila as VO office? Because it was noted that for Thai citizens, you should apply at Singapore VO. I was wondering if there will be any issue if I state Manila instead of SGP VO.

Employment Reference Letters:

CERTIFIED/NOTARIZED COPIES (Notarization optional)

IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A REFERENCE FROM YOUR CURRENT EMPLOYER, PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN EXPLANATION.

As a general rule, reference letters must be issued with a date, signed by a supervisory officer at the place of employment. They MUST be on original company's letterhead, showing the company's full address, contact details, and be stamped with the company's official seal.

Letters from your current and former (if any) employers describing your work experience are a very important part of your application. These letters should be detailed and must show the Canadian Immigration officer that you performed certain work activities for a specific duration in accordance with your skills and qualifications.
The letter(s) should clearly describe the duties and tasks of your particular position.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Letters that only indicate position, salary, and a statement that “he was a very good employee and we would hire him again” may not be sufficient! These letters are missing the important details of the applicant's performance while working with the company.

• Employment Reference letters must include the following:

-the specific period of your employment with the company;

-the position(s) you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each position

-your main responsibilities in each position;

-if possible, your total annual salary

Elements of A Good Employment Letter :

A good job related reference letter gives many details. It lists the projects you worked on, and the achievements you accomplished. Very importantly, it should also describe your day-to-day duties and tasks. These daily tasks may seem mundane, but they often demonstrate that you perform the duties of a certain position, and that you possess the required basic skills. It is important that the letter demonstrates that you know the basic skills of your position, and that you have already been trained in them.

At a minimum, the letter should state your position, the length of your employment, salary, and a summary of your duties.

Having problems obtaining Employment Letters ?

• Sometimes people are reluctant to ask their employer for such letters, for fear that the employer will become suspicious of them. If this is the case, then you may ask colleagues

• Letters from colleagues must be notarized, and should state that he/she has worked with you, and witnessed you performing certain duties.

• In those cases where employment letters are not available, or where letters from colleagues are substituting, as many of the following additional documents should be provided to CIO office as possible:

• tax documents
• pay slips
• performance appraisals
• contracts,
• promotion letters or letters of appointment
• letters sometimes provided by employers for banking purposes, in which the letter confirms your position and salary; this kind of letter may be available from your Personnel/Human Resources Department.

Please note that these substitutes may be provided, even in the case that you are able to obtain a good employment letter as detailed above. Providing with such documents can help better demonstrate credibility of your employment history, which may facilitate your application, or the chance of an interview waiver.

Generally a reference letter is written as follows:

[Company Letter Head]

[Date]

To whom it may concern,

[Applicant] has been employed by [employer] from [start date] to [end date], in the position of [position or job title]. His/her monthly/annual salary was [salary]

In this position, he/she had the following duties and responsibilities:

[list of duties and responsibilities]

Additionally, [any additional information]

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any more information

Sincerely,

[Name of supervisor]
[Signature of supervisor]
[Business card of supervisor attached if possible]

The description, duties and responsibilities on the letter should closely resemble, but not be an exact copy of, those expected of an employee working in your NOC code.

If your company will not issue such a letter, you should take every step to obtain official documentation from the company listing your job duties and responsibilities. As well, these other alternatives may be used, however they may not always work. It is always better to obtain an original letter of reference directly from a supervisor or HR.[/list]

Ask ko lang po WHAT IF preggy po ako by the time ma issue PER ko and medial. Would they allow me to leave? Or pag nakapanganak na po ako by the time ma issue ang visa pd ko po ba include newborn baby ko? Ang nakasama lang po sa application ko ng jube 6 is me, my husband and my daughter. Pls help po. Tia
Once you give birth, that's the time when you need to inform the embassy for an additional family member if your status is currently in process. You will need to fill up a form for the baby and pay additional amount for the application. It happened to my sister and that's all she did. Ok naman. Kasama nyang umalis ang baby nya. It took her only a year, from application to visa stamping. Actually she even got married while the application was in process. It's actually in the guidelines that you have to inform the embassy immediately for change of status, additional family member (new baby) or change of address. Hope this helps. :)

can anyone show me a link or proof kung hindi talaga pwede ang borrowed money?
Hi! Here is the link:
