Ang EE system ay adopted by CIC from NZ and AUS process. Depende sa person,, to some, like me, mas ok sya since wala ako kamaganak sa CANA, Wala ako Job offer, a would be pure wanderer ako sakali.Di ko nga alam san ako mapapadpad .So better if may interview and job offer na agad para mabawasan agamagam, pangamba what will life be pag andun na..Since ang main reason of going there by most of us is to find a job agad.

Hi,

453 lang ksi points ko out of 1200 kapag walng job offer. Thanks

While the Global SS indicates that the Ave. Processing time for PER to MR of Pinoy FSWP applicants is 38 days,
it appears that CEM has slowed down significantly in giving MRs these past few weeks. The trend is expected to continue until the
end of the year.

Kaya express entry kasi direct hire kumbaga..something like that. Pero ang employer na yun ay dumaan din sa isang mahigpit screening..Kasi sa Canada inooffer muna nila sa Canadians at PR ang jobs..kung walang magapply for a certain period syaka palang sila kukuha ng LMO..pacensya ka na..medyo masalimuot na..you have to research all about going to Canada.

Hello Kaeleemom,

Nagland kami sa Canada in 2008, kami ng husband ko and our then 3-yr-old daughter.

My husband worked from 4am-2pm, ako naman 3pm-9pm. Yung pagitan na between 2pm-3pm, dun kami nagtuturn over ng bata. Mahirap, pero may paraan. Mas okay na yun kesa hindi mo nakikita ang pamilya mo or yung anak mo ng ilang buwan or taon.

Canada is a wonderful place to nurture your family-life. Hindi kayo nagkamali to want to move to this beautiful country. They put so much importance sa pagiging pamilya, at hindi naman lahat ng tao dito merong mga nannies, so kung nakakayanan naman ng majority dito na parehong mag-asawa may trabaho, at may mga anak din, ibig sabihin it can be done.

Ang isa pang suggestion ko, yung idea na magleleave lang sa current job at magland lang dito at babalik din sa job, well, try to weigh everything. There are some govt benefits na hindi mo maavail (depende din sa province na destination mo) unless you are really living here na. May mga tanong kasi na "do you intend to leave the province/canada for period longer than x number of days" pag magapply ka na ng benefits like healthcare, child tax benefit (monthly allowance na nakukuha per child from the govt). Saka that's what the settlement funds are for. They expect you to need funds while you are looking for a job. Yung estimate nila is yung settlement funds mo will help you for 6 months na naghahanap ka ng trabaho.

Based on my experience and sa mga experiences ng mga kaibigan and kakilala ko dito. Ultimately, ikaw pa rin ang magdedecide for you and your family.

Baka nagtataka kayo kung bakit ko finafollow ang thread na to, ang brother ko kasi and his wife nag-aapply din under noc 1123. Sinusundan ko tong thread na to para malaman ang mga bago sa application process and para makapag-compare sa timeline nila.

Salamat po sa space and wishing all of you success in your journey to Canada!

Wow massive info yan nashare mo docces..Daghang Salamat...kaayo

Naisip ko lang mula sa latest report ng CIC about applicants..Many FSW comes from India and China. Many PN comes from the Philippines.. This has been happening for years na. Time will come majority ng supervisors natin dun ay sila konti lang ang mga pinoy FSW applicants compared to the countries mentioned. And also from that report mas magaling ang Indians and Chinese FSW applicants sa IELTS this year...kaya mas maraming pinoy professional sa PN nalang ang apply kasi handicapped sa basic English..sorry for the word....though english is our second official language..iblame ba natin si english titser? Ako I am blaming myself kasi I did not use much english before to be comfortable with its everytime, everyday use.

Hi guys,

Hi coolkiks,

Not really.
Now the eligibility for the FSW are as follows:
- At least one year of continuous and paid (full-time or an equal amount in part-time) work experience
- in a single occupation
- within the last 10 years
- under NOC and listed on the current 50 eligible occupations for 2014

You do not have to prove your employment (by their JD) if you are not even claiming points for that specific tenure.

Eh before ka mag nurse eh nagcall center ka muna for lets say a year.. Magprovide ka pa rin ng COE na proof na nagwork ka sa call center but not necessarily provide a JD kasi aanhin nila yan eh nurse nga inaaplyan mong NOC. So meaning iccompare nila nurse JD mo sa nurse JD na nasa NOC.

Ok so i know inde ka mapakali.. Ganto na lang.

You submit old COE's of your 2 tenure. You prove them that you worked with that company by providing them your first and last payslip within your tenure. You can also provide them your ITRs as proof. You explain on a separate sheet of paper (a formal letter btw) explaining why you are submitting old COE's.. You simply tell them that 'the company has closed its operations and you can no longer get updated COE with JD'.

Ayun.. This is what i did. Di naman sila nag usisa pa. :D

Hope this helps!
Any questions, just ask :D

Mga gaano kaya katagal or kabilis ma-issue ang PR card? Okay lang ba yun na ibang tao ang tumanggap ng PR card sa home address sa Canada, in case babalik lang muna ng pinas agad after landing and applicant?

Based on CIC's website, 21 calendar days. :) In our case, for sure ako na ang magrereceive ng PR card ni fiance kasi babalik din siya sa Pinas agad. I'll get a copy of his relevant docs na lang plus authorization letter to be sure. :) Anyone who has their own experience regarding this? Thanks in advance! :)

(a) core human capital factors;
(b) accompanying spouse or common-law partner factors;
(c) skill transferability factors; and
(d) factors relating to a provincial nomination or a qualifying offer of arranged employment.

dun sa ( d ) sa pagkakaintindi ko ang sabi ay.. factors relating to a provincial nomination OR a qualifying offer of arranged employment.

so hindi mo naman literally kelangan may job offer, it is either of the two, provincial nomination or job offer to have another 600 points. the other 600 points ay manggagaling sa a,b and c. unless you are single wala ung factor ( b ) which is the common-law partner.

=)
