one big reason na dapat isipin ng applicant eh hindi lahat ng nag susubmit eh natatanggap. small error lang nrereject kagad ng visa officer. kaya dpat magmadali pero make sure na ok lahat ng documents na pinapasa. kung sa tingin mong di ka aabot itry mo pa din wala naman mawawala yung courier fee lang siguro. hehehe goodluck...pag nagka per kayo hindi pa tapos yun pag medyo minalas dadaan kayo sa interview. sabi nila my mga applicants daw na hindi nakakapasa sa interview.narerefuse. tapos pumasa ka na sa interview sa medicals naman nagka problem hehehe daming problema sa pag aaply ng pr sa canada pero after lahat ng pinaghirapan tapos ma tanggap mo na yung copr and visa dun mo makikita yung bunga ng pinaghirapan mo....

nag start pa lang ako to gather docs. scheduled IELTS and paid WES for processing.
Not hoping na umabot sa CAP for FSWP2014.
Just makes me realize lang ano kaya ang mas ok na process.
FSWP or Express Entry? just wondering.

kung iisa lang ang express entry and expression on interest mas mahirap ang expression of interest...kumbaga magiging best of the best ang mapipili. parang isang pool kayo ang applicant tapos pipili yung mga companies ng kukunin nila. tapos my span of time lang na nandun ka sa pool kpag hindi ka nakuha apply ka ulit. d ako sure ha yung kasi explanation sa akin ng friend ko. pagalingan na yun hindi kagaya ng fsw paunahan.

tuloy tuloy ang laban! mapa FSWP2014 or EE.
Also, I think Express Entry will be using IETLs and WES pa rin naman so walang hinayang sa bayad.

BTW, im part of the backlog program.

Isa pang bagay na nadisappoint ako, ninotify lang nila ako before kapag may opening sa ibang type ng program like Nova Scotia, because we all know new program means dagdag na bayad... peroa ng nakakatawa, nung nag email sila is same nung araw na cap reached na yung Nova Scotia program... Pero yung sa FSW, walang nag inform sa akin, ako lahat, di ko rin ma book ng appointment yung contact ko dahil di matawagan kaya kinumpleto ko na lang mag isa. Tapos sasabihin pa minsan, ba't ako pumunta ng walang appointment, e kung mag set sila ng appointment too late, paano ko naman matatanggap yun.

Hahaha! This happened to us when FSWP2013 is about to close they were offering QSW ako nalang daw maging principal applicant, then additional consultancy fees worth 2500CAD will apply. Buti wala akong balak mag quebec. Then fswp2014 opened, no one from them notified me. Ako pa nagtext sa kanila that we're pursuing our application and magsasubmit na kami ng docs sa kanila.

On a lighter note, ang iniisip ko nalang na advantage is that may taga QA ng docs namin and they make sure tama yung mga docs na ipapasa. It's not enough that you know the requirements and the process flow.

Yeah this is almost what I understood from the internet about Canada's new system in 2015, and my consultant told me it's very hard because you have to answer some series of questions, which is more likely to be an essay type wherein you will explain why you have to be chosen to be an immigrant. Then there will be a database that employers will have access too, your information (personal data, work experiences, etc) will be seen and if an employer likes you, that's the only time you can push through with your application.

That's why this fswp 2014 is a blessing for us.

Ganyan din kami. What we did is we ask HR na icertofy na they don't disclose those info and nagbigay naman sila. We also made a written expalanation since un naman ang nkalagay sa guide na if you can't provide a certain docs, you have to explain it in writing.

An affidavit also can be provided if your company does not cooperate with you. Good thing I'm not the principal applicant because that's the main reason why I can't be. Hirap makiusap sa mga hr especially when you're in a hospital setting. As a dependent I was asked to submit a regular COE without compensation.

sabi ni CIC (agency) national IDs ay considered yung mga government IDs.
include copy of the ID also. kami we provided postal ID. hope to help. ;D

we are pushing our agent to review the docs today kasi complete na kami so we can sign the forms tomorrow and hopefully next week mapadala na sya... crossing fingers and praying! just always pray and God will do the rest...

Relax! The 300 slots back in 2011 filled up within 2 weeks. Aabot yan kung bukas ka pa magpapasa. Pero that is one sizzling hot NOC!

The problem with the system now is that there are immigrants who enter via the FSW who stray away from the profession they applied for. Kasi nga naman naka immigrant visa ka na. Kahit ano pwede mo na gawin. May mga nakukuntento na sa ibang jobs dahil ang habol lang is security sa pagiging immigrant and eventually a citizen.

Express entry will be very very hard! It will be like OZ's system. Kaya sagarin niyo na ang kabaitan ng CAD ditto sa last FSW program nila dahil good as closed na yang CAD pag nagging EE na. Just my 2 cents.
