my other COE does not mention the annual salary and the hours worked per week.
HR said that they cannot indicate those since I was employed as a temporary employee.
I have the work contracts though, that have daily rate and the specific project i handled during the employment.

how should i explain that my COE does not have annual salary and hours worked per week, and who should sign it?
should be using company letterhead too?

Ganyan din kami. What we did is we ask HR na icertofy na they don't disclose those info and nagbigay naman sila. We also made a written expalanation since un naman ang nkalagay sa guide na if you can't provide a certain docs, you have to explain it in writing.

Patulong naman po, for the sake of argument lang. I am filling out the same form now. I understand na dapat no gaps but nung nagbakasyon tayo we were still technically "employed" di ba po? Naka approved leave lang so in reality employed pa rin tayo?

Hello po, this is my first time to post here.

I also heard about the new FSW program for May 2014 that Canada will be accepting 1000 applicants per occupation and a total of 25,000 for all applications.

Meron po bang graduate ng MAPUA dito??

I'm planning to apply for ECA sa WES and would like to know any mapuans out there who have undergone ECA already.

My worry is that my school will not be able to release my TOR quickly (siguro after 1 month pa) and that delivering it through postal mail might take so long kasi sobrang bagal po ng postal mail di po ba?

And I guess I have to be able to apply my ECA sa WES really really really soon dahil 1000 lang kukunin sa occupation ko.

If I lodge my Visa Application by let's say June 15, 2014, what is my chance that I will still be one of the 1000 applicants? (Kasi tingin ko baka third week of May, may 1000 applicants na nakapag-lodge na ng visa application for my occupation - Computer Programmer)

SA Mapua kami kumuha TOR. It took 2 weeks ata bfore we got it tapos ang ginawa namin since sealed envelope naman sha, kami na nagpadala sa WES. We just wrote in the From to add the Mapua add para mas mabilis ans mas mura.

Sa mga hnd po sinama ung nbi clearance sa application, nagattach pa po ba kayo ng letter with explanation..? Sa documents checklist ba ay lalagyan mg X mark?

Guys, baka mack back out na ko sa consultant kaya eto mga tanong ko:

1. Ano best courier para sa pinakamabilis na padala? Parang nabasa ko dati UPS at 3 days lang? DHL kasi 5 days di ba...
2. Nilgyan nyo ba yung National ID field? Gusto kong ilagay yung Drivers License ko kaso ayaw mag accept ng may letter and meron kasing letter drivers license.
3. Ilalagay ko pa ba s residential places for the past 10 years yung pag stay ko sa house ng brother ko sa Toronto Canada ng 31 and 26 days nung 2013 at 2012 respectvely?

2.yung akin nalagay ko naman ung drivers license ko.. Hnd na kasama ung dash

My answers to your Q1 and 2:

1.Sa courier, me tip po ako. Nagpadala po kami sa DHL sa main branch nila sa Naia. Normally, it would take them 7 days pero since dun namin pinadala and me flight sila that day ( sa gabi), 2-3 days lang ung docs makakarating na ng CA.

2. Hindi na kami naglagay ng National ID. Passport is enough I guess

sabi ni CIC (agency) national IDs ay considered yung mga government IDs.
include copy of the ID also. kami we provided postal ID. hope to help. ;D

we are pushing our agent to review the docs today kasi complete na kami so we can sign the forms tomorrow and hopefully next week mapadala na sya... crossing fingers and praying! just always pray and God will do the rest...

Nang dahil hindi ako makatulog ako na sasagot sa mga tanong nyo ayon sa pagkakaintindi ko
A,b and d pag may marriage cert na kasama, not required. C required. Check the did not travel box. Additional dependent form if you have more than five dependents whether accompanying or not so pag spouse mo lang kasama no need to submit.
