Don po pala sa assets,liabilities ang settlement funds...what if magloan ako ng money sa bank, para macoomplete ko yung 100% settlement funds,pero hindi ko siya ilalagay sa liabilities,sa tingin nyo malalaman nila na may loan ka?nag-iinvestigate kaya sila?

Di daw kasi pwede borrowed money. So, mahirap na pag malaman...

Ang alam ko, random sila mag investigate, but when they do, Baka malalaman tlaga nila...

meron din ako loan.. pero hndi ko na sya declare s liabilities ko. may nag advise lang sakin. nasend mo na ba papers mo?

hi willow, ung sakin kasi borrowed money un s bank 2 years ago pa, and from that same bank meron ako fund pero around 3KCad lang. Ung isang account ko ang may coomplete fund ako.. sana naman hndi maging prob un.

Hi everyone! I am new here, so pasensya na if these questions have been asked in the past. I would like to apply sa FSW program. I do have a few questions and hopefully meron makakapag-share if meron sila simiar experiences.

Work Experience
As per the document checklist, experience letters need to have ALL of the following information:

• The specific period of your employment with the company,
• The positions you have held during the period of employment and the time you spent in each position, your main responsibilities and duties in each position,
• Your total annual salary plus benefits in each position, and
• The number of hours worked per week in each position.

Most companies (especially kung resigned ka na) don't provide an experience letter with such amount of details sa duties and responsiblities. At most, they will indicate your job title and department.

How did you go through this requirement? Pwede na ba yung generic COE (i.e. no details ng duties and responsibilities)?

Education and Work Experience
I'm a Civil Engineering graduate with 0 years of experience in this field. I do have 9 years of experience in IT which is included in the list of eligible occupations.

Anyone here under similiar circumstances na successfully nakapag-migrate / nakapag-apply na? Please share your experiences naman. Was it a deal-breaker / ano impact sa application process?

"If you intend to reside in the province of Quebec, you do not qualify under the Federal Skilled Worker Program.”

So if approved for FSW, hindi pwedeng sa Quebec ang destination kapag nag-land?

Most of my relatives kasi nasa Quebec. Mas gusto ko sana mag-apply for FSW para hindi limited ang job prospects ko. Wala din ako preferred province kaso if CIC sees na I have a strong connection in Quebec (been there twice on tourist visa na din), will they reject my application and advise me to apply for Quebec PNP instead?

Sa Quebec PNP naman, required ba ang French knowledge or mainly for additional points lang? I think I have enough points without the French knowledge.

D na namin pina notarize kasi it was on official paper with letterhead from the company naman, tapos we attached the superior's company calling card na rin.

Technically 2 companies Lang ang work experience ng hubby ko, the one we were claiming NOC for, 9 years siya dun, yung isa, 7 months Lang sya, we just provided letter of reference written from his immediate superior, on official paper with letterhead also. Currently he is self employed, but instead of using self declared JD, we got letter of references from clients and former clients, ang laman ng sulat is yung mga projects na ginawa nya for them. (All on official paper with letterhead)

good day po sa lahat! ask ko lng po regarding photocopies ng documents.. ok lang po kaya kung colored photocopies ilagay ko sa application para mas clear copy or mas safe kung black and white photocopies na lang? pasensya na po sa klase ng tanong ko :'(

Tanong ko lang ung bagong IM0008generic po ba for june2014 kelan effective yun? Kasi nagpasa ako ng papers last week pero ang gamit ko na IM0008 e ung version before june2014. Hindi ko po kasi napansin na may bago pala. May magiging problema po kaya dun? Worried lang po ako. Salamat

I don't think it would matter naman, kung san ka mas comfortable

it doesn't matter naman kung sino ang issuing bank mo as long as it is valid for 1.) international transaction 2.) you have enough credit limit for the amount that you will be charged 3.) at least 9 months validity

What you do lang is to inform your issuing bank na may macha-charge sa yo na x amount, in Canadian dollars, by the Canadian immigration (it will be a variation kasi on the exact transaction name but more or less Canadian immigration pa rin manggagaling). If you have all these, I don't think your cc will have a problem.
