OK lang kahit walang payslip. Yung kailangan lang talaga ay yung reference letter/CoE.

That's what we did, we got certificate of employment from HR, then detailed job description from immediate superior from the department. Hindi rin kami ng submit ng payslip since hindi naman siya requirement, but as supplementary Lang.

buti na lang may sumagot na pwede leave ng blank yung liabilities field

regarding sa COE and job description, what if yung previous at current company, walang job description (wala na din kasi yung mga contracts ko from previous e), ok lang ba na ako na lang gumawa, ilalagay sa paper? need pa bang ipa-notarized yun?

and ano po ba to? "Lettters of reference from all your employees for the past years"... ano po yung letter na tinutukoy?

and ano po pala yung ilalagay sa "Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application" na field?

ang alam kong nagpapagawa ng affidavit ay yung mga companies na hindi nagbibigay ng Job Description.
Good example is Accenture.
Hindi sila nagbibigay ng Job Description pero may letter sila explaining to CIC that they don't provide such documents due to company policy etc etc..

madali lang humingi ng letter of explanation kung ACN ka. May format na sila nun.

Then make your own JD and notarize it.

That is correct. For the last 10 years. Pero I think yung work experiences lang na relevant sa NOC ang isubmit. Parang may nabasa na ako na yung company nia non-existent na, so ang ginawa nia, gumawa sya ng affidavit containing all the required info from CIC (e.g., JD, length of work, position, annual salary etc) then hinanap nia yung sup/mgr nia sa company na yun ang pinapirmahan nia. Pinalagay nia rin contact number nung sup/mgr. Then pina-notarize sa notary public. I believe it will be fine like this.


Here is a sample format of an affidavit:

I, (Insert Name of Affiant) , Filipino citizen, of legal age, single/married to (Insert Name of Spouse if any), and a resident of (Insert Address of Affiant), after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

He worked full time as a {position} 40 hours/week.

As his supervisor (or any position), he performed the following roles and responsibilities:

1. ...JD...
...
...

2. ...JD...
...
...

2. ...JD...
...
...

This letter has been provided upon request of {your name} for whatever legal purpose it may serve him.

Further Affiant sayeth none.

^ in my case, hindi na ako gumawa ng notarized JD since hindi ko naman i-claim yung work experience ko sa ACN.
I just provided COE and Letter of expalanation. Good Luck!

Hello po! me mga tanong po uli me regarding document checklist:

1. regarding sa documents list # 8- Proof of Admission, nandito po kasi ako sa Saudi Arabia now, pero I decided to make manila visa office process my application..ang tanong ko po- do I still need to provide proof of admission ko dito sa saudi, like entry/re-entry visa, etc. kung manila visa office naman po ang gagamitin ko?

2. documents list # 16- Identity and Civil Status Documents- regarding po sa National IDs, yun po ba yung SSS ID, PRC, Drivers license and iqama for Saudi ofws or hindi na po needed i-pass these IDs?

Isa pa po question, regarding po sa mga taga- Saudi applicants, yun po bang Saudi police clearance na kinuha nyo, pina-stamp nyo pa po ba sa ministry of foreign affairs? tinanggap po ba ng CIC kahit wala na yung stamp? Thanks po uli!
