Was it upfront or it was requested? If requested, they usually open a slot for you to upload on your account. Either way, you can send it via webform if no slot is opened on your GCKey.
It was requested but no slot appears on my profile. can you tell me where this slot is usually located ?
Otherwise, can i assume the the clinic sent the results via eMedial system to IRCC ?

When you log into your account and view your application, you should see a link at the top saying: "View submitted application or upload documents". Clicking on that link should take you to the page that lists all the docs you submitted. Somewhere towards the bottom of that list there should be a new row asking for a replacement document for your medical sheet.

No, you can't afford to assume. Send the sheet to them via webform. No harm in still using the webform even if you find the slot on your account and upload it there.

I am not saying it is rain ,flood or farts .But as we can all agree on 1 thing things are a million times better than last year, even some of the forum members have received their pprs .Last year we were lucky if we saw 1 or 2 pprs a week or a month till sep 20 ,that is the election last year we didn't see a lot of PPRs .
We might not have to be over optimistic but there is light at the end of the tunnel if things are going in this rate.

Q:

Is getting BIL means your eligibility is passed and you are more likely to receive ADR than getting flat-out rejected?
getting BIL is more a function of R10 completeness check. I got my gcms notes and I can see that my R10 Ok check was done on the 4th of November which is when I got my MEP/BIL but my Eligibility was only passed on the 9th of Nov (although it was started on 4th Nov as well, and program assistant recommended pass on that day, but Agent/Processing officer did the final review on the 9th and moved Eligibility to "Passed" on the 9th).

If you have the means, do it. In one of Kubeirs last videos he had Phil Mooney on who is an experienced consultant. What he explained is that if IRCC reaches your file and realizes that your medicals are expired, they will flag your account to be reviewed in 30 or 60 days. If you have one thats still valid, your app moves through to the next level
I gave it a thought. I think I am not gonna do re-meds now. I am getting married in 7 weeks. I prefer my COPR gets delayed so that I can add my spouse after marriage (in 8 weeks) and overcome this spousal sponsorship shitty 1 year processing time period. Me getting COPR before marriage and then sponsoring the spouse is gonna add so much time to this never ending process. But thanks to you, I was in a confusion for the past 1 month if I need to do remeds. Now got the clarity. Now, I will have to pray that my PPR gets delayed. OMG, I am just praying the opposite of many. What have you done Justin Fkin Trudeau?

boss, raise a webform demanding a quick decision or order a gcms now.
These days gcms notes are like taking time forever. I guess i would raise a web form.
But its luck, they dont really reply. I never got response to my previously raised web forms.
I always got the generic reply.

What you are trying to get at is R-10 check of an application -- the stage at which outright rejection as incomplete no longer happens. R-10 Check happens early in Eligibility check. The only true way to know is by getting a GCMS notes. There are some simple tests as well... If your criminality is passed --- its very likely R-10 is done. You can find about R-10 by calling IRCC. You can also find about eligibility by calling IRCC.

My eligibility and criminality were previously passed, but my moving to Canada reverted my criminality to not passed pending submission of a new PCC from former COR  .
