GUYS, I actually have a question, but this is a very misunderstood topic, I mean there have been mixed responses to this Question. So I want a very Honest and realisitic opinion of you guys, If anyone is able to help, wud be much much thankful to them!!

I have a Final Decision 13th July on my GC Key Account, In progress in Status Tracker, No PPR yet. Does this mean I can start planning things out and leave jobs here and home and sell stuff and everything ?? Or is it still too early to do all this and IRCC still can change the decision and I can get ADRs or something like that ??

Are the French draws specific to those with Band 7 in listening, writing, speaking and reading? Or as long as you've done the test and you have added points to your CSR that show you have both French and English you still qualify?

I thought the open work permit for h1b visa holders are going to be so popular and massively oversubscribed. Now, it’s the second or third day and it seems that the 10K quota is still not used up yet. What happened? Does this mean most h1b visa holders don’t want to move to Canada even if there’s clearer path to permanent residency? Or probably we should wait for more days?

10K cap has been reached and the stream is closed. I saw that people also reported significant bugs and portal occasionally was down too, so maybe that's why it took ~2 days to reach 10K cap.

It is very probable.
Just checked... 10k is like what 1-2% of the total number of h1b holders? So even though not a lot of people are inclined to move from the US to Canada right now, 10k applicants is nothing.

Leaving H1B to chase a PR that "might" come - especially when most of these folks are working for large, established companies with affordable COL and good careers. I was still expecting this program to be filled within hours tbh.

You can only claim this if they hold a valid PR or citizenship status in Canada. ITA shouldn't qualify.

When she gets approval on PR, I assume she'll get a letter from IRCC stating so. Will that letter be enough to provide proof that I have a sister in Canada who's a PR? Or will I need to provide a copy of her actual permanent resident card?

Seems that COPR of your sibling is enough to claim points.
