Hi Qorax,

First, Thank you for all of your posts. Very helpful to all of us here.

As you said the pre june-2010 apps are next to post June-2010 in priority. Is this applicable to those pre june-2010 apps as well who have already submitted PP/Meds.....

I'm pre june-2010 and sent PPs last month...so just want to know your thoughts...

thanks
Gireep

Nope. The disparity ends with the Meds Call. Thereon, our Security Checks get to be the decider.

However, it should be noted that CHC-ND has a unique procedure to fetch the Meds+Pps together. Which doesn't denote the pps would be stamped in 3-4 weeks, as prevalent with other VOs. 'Coz, the security scrutiny does take time.

Thanks Qorax.
Hope they come back to spead up the process for FSW2 again soon.

That's another positive step CIC is going to take sometimes this yr... TWP to PR is going to be expedited.
Said that, currently FSW2 is under slower processing - thanks to the ever increasing workload of Buffalo. Which is also, like most CHCs, very understaffed. Probably, if FSW2 was dealt under a separate 'inland' CIC office [wishful thinking], things might be far better!

Hi Qorax, will this be only for inland FSW2 applicant or for all worldwide?

Uh, that was a wishful thinking for all FSW2 cats.

so what ur saying is that FSW2 have slightly better chance of getting it in 19 months as oposed to 24 - 36 months?

2 . which documents needs to send original and which need notarized ,
Ans. For Pakistan specific "originals" - pls read the box in A-3, in that link. Rest all applicable 'photocopies' must be notarized.

3 . transcripts from which grade needs to sealed in envelope means only MBA or previous as well ,
Ans. All degree transcripts should be provided... pls read page A-4, as below:
• Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university- sealed envelopes.

Hi

I have a question on behalf of my dad. He is 56 years old and wanted to apply for fast track canadian immigration from July,2011 as his category has already been capped before. So my question is how many chances are there that CIC would implement the proposed changes post July,2011 or are these just rumours? As it would be hard for him to make points if CIC implement the chnages post July,2011. Also If you have any idea about the expected NOC post July,2011?

Thanks

Dear Qorax,

I have been reading your guidance and support all over the forum and must say very useful one. I would like to share my information with you to get your point of view in my case.

PPR Request Received : June 12,2011
e-Case status changed to DM : June 14,2011
PPs sent to London VO : June 15,2011
Received at VO : June 17,2011
Origion : Saudi Arabia
NOC : 1122
Applied post June 2010.

Note: i have noticed/learned on this forum that e-case stauts is usualy changed to DM after passport are sent to the VO normally after 2-3 weeks. but in my case my e-case status changed to DM after two days from the date of my PPR & an-email from VO to my consultant that they need passport to finalize the visas.

Any comments on this and please also advise how many days it will take to receive my passports back with Maple leaf.
