How to send passport for visa stamping

Hello Qorox,

I sent my application for PR in Aug,2009 and got my Nova Scotia processing done in SEp-2009. Then the file got transfered to Buffalo in October and there were few quesries in May, 2010 about my travel dates. After that in Sep-2010, I got my 2nd AOR with a new file number.

After that 4 months back my e-case file status changed to "In Process". I am still awaiting my Medicals request.

is there anything you think is wrong with the case ? Do I send them any other documentation?

My E-cas reads

We received your application for permanent residence on August 7, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 30, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on October 6, 2009. The Buffalo office may contact you

Pending Review... still you have to wait some much more time.
VO still not completely looked your case. still your B/G check is pending, even may be Eligibility review too!!
once below this message or instead of this message during (in-process) it will be "We reviewed your application and start process" from this line your actual process for PR start at local VO. Medical request is still too far...!!!

so, just relax and wait & Watch.

Can you please share me, my causion sister lives in canada. If my wife apply in skilled worker class does my wife get point from my causion sister as relative of not? I did not see causion sister included in the relative list in the immigration web page that made me confusion.

Sending addnl docs to your VO via email [unless originals r necessitated] is perfectly fine.

had been away a few days.

Just that I get that right, I scan our new WP and send it via email with case number to buffalo, right?

How does this effect our case if we send it now - which is about 8 month later than we got it. I am scared now that we might get rejected. What do you mean?

Dear Qorax,

I applied for FSW1 in November 2010 and in August 2011 i got NER stating that i am short of point and for relative in Canada i cant be awarded points since they are not satisfied with relationship, i check the E-case it was Decision Made and mailing address was there. I sent an email to CIO requesting for reconsideration and provided some other documents in scanned files, yesterday i received an email from CIO stating my request has been forwarded to concerned officer and when i check the E-case it was Decision Made but mailing address is disappeared can u please guide what could be the possible reason and any prediction on what going to happen next.
